"Merit Shop" Management
HSI's management is comprised today of multi-generational electrical contractors who are experienced in designing and servicing complex facilities. Our engineers and electricians apply their craftsmanship, ingenuity and integrity to ensure our client's projects are completed on time and within budget. We are an open shop using Merit Shop Management through out our operations. We advance our employees based on merit and earn our clients business the same way.
Our Electrician's
As a member of the Independent Electrical Contractor Association (IEC) all of our electricians from our most senior masters to our newest apprentice helpers are engaged in continuing education programs through IEC and safety training through Houston Area Safety Council (HASC) to meet the strictest requirements of safety and compliance issues.
Construction
Our company has been involved in many different industrial construction projects over the years. Paper mills, petrochemical plants, food processing facilities, commercial retail outlets, and refineries are just some the types of projects that HSI has been involved in. Many of these projects had unique power requirements and working conditions.
With a diverse background ranging from powerhouse & substation construction to industrial & commercial construction, HSI has the experience necessary to complete various types of projects. Our construction group is dedicated to providing professional assistance in comprehensive pre-construction planning, coordination, and project management with consideration of critical time schedules and budgets. We are qualified and equipped to handle the challenges and complexities of any size job.
Design Build
We have been a in design/build leader in our market for over 10 years. Our staff has utilized this concept to allow the maximum use of budget dollars on each project. Our firm has an ongoing commitment to assure that every project will be both cost effective and electrically efficient well into the future. Our Design Team's portfolio includes a multitude of industrial and commercial facilitates. Knowledge gained through decades of experience and application is the value added component the separates HSI from their competition.
